Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your delivery or pickup slot. Call or WhatsApp +91 89080 19704 with your order number.
• Custom or message cakes cannot be cancelled once we have started baking them.
• Because you pay cash on delivery, there is nothing to refund when you cancel in time.

If something is wrong

• If an item is wrong, missing or damaged, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and share a photo on WhatsApp.
• We will replace the item, or reduce or return the amount you paid for it, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds of cash already paid are made in cash at the shop or by UPI to your number within 7 days.

Returns

Food items cannot be returned once delivered, except as above, for safety reasons.
